Now,For sample Delete the data by clicking clear data,it warns you,click Ok at that time.Now,You Deleted all Messages .
Now Go back and start whatsapp messenger,as you removed all data.It would be shown on screen of Configuration Screen. Here,you will configure By entering the Mobile Number.If You enter the number you will see BackUp Found .Just click on the Restore Button.
After Clicking on the Restore Option,you will get total deleted messages,now you will see a message like congrats message ! thats it ,now you have restored data.

How To Recover Deleted Messages :
As i said the data which is sent and received,everything received on SD card. We don't another software to restore these deleted messages,whatsapp itself has this option
Go to SD card > Whatsapp > Database
Entering into the database,look up for two files named with msgstore-yyyy-mm-dd.db.1.crypt5
another file is msgstore.db.crypt
first file means the data which is received and sent at the year,month,date respectively up to that date and second files to store the data on that day.
to recover messages rename the second file msgstore.db.crypt to OLDmsgstore.db.crypt .if anything goes wrong then try it again .select the database you want to recover from left and rename it msgstore.db.crypt .
now,un-install and re-install whatsapp,the file which is created with msgstore.db.crypt is to be restored now.Restoring means it automatically delete the data at present we have.and remember one thing there is no chance of merging from current data with old data
these files are encrypted.so there is no chance of viewing directly. so,i suggest go to Whatsapp Extract ,using this you can read database on computer.
